Kids on Leadership

A group of school children share their perspectives on leadership by responding to three questions:

1. What is a good leader?
2. What makes leading difficult?
3. Is there anything else?

The run time of this video is approximately 3 minutes, and it is full of insights.  To quote Crosby, Stills and Nash:
